HOW IT WORKS FROM START TO FINISH
INITIAL CHAT
It all begins with a simple conversation.
Send us an email with all the information you have at this stage. We then get to know each other, your tastes and preference that will help us put together a proposal with the menu, drinks & service you’ve in mind.
TASTING
Once you’re happy with our proposal, we can come at your place to do a tasting.
Tastings are the perfect excuse to not only make sure that the wines match perfectly to the menu, but to provide feedback & comments on food. Our menu is normally structured as following: antipasti served in sharing style, first course followed by second course and dessert.

FAQs
There’s no a fixed deadline to book us for an event, but we always recommend at least 10 days. Whenever possible we try to accommodate emergency situations, just get in touch.
